14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Be French. If you are not satisfied after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription charge, no questions asked.
The 14-day window is calculated from the date your first payment is processed, not from the end of your free trial.

How to Request a Refund
Send an email to bverhaeghe2002@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Be French account. Please include:

- Your account email
- The date of your purchase
- A brief description of your request (optional but helpful)

We will review and approve eligible requests within 48 hours. Once approved, the refund is processed through Stripe, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What Happens After a Refund
Your access to Be French continues until the end of your current billing period. At that point, your subscription will not renew and access to the Service will be revoked. Your learning data (flashcards, vocabulary progress) will be retained for 30 days after access ends, after which it will be permanently deleted.

What Is Not Refundable

- Refund requests made after the 14-day window from the initial charge
- Renewal charges, whether monthly or annual, charges beyond the first billing cycle are not eligible for refund
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial refunds for unused time on annual plans beyond the 14-day period are not provided

EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional statutory cancellation rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital services where delivery begins during the withdrawal period with your explicit prior consent, the right of withdrawal may be forfeited upon commencement of the Service. You will be informed clearly of this at the point of purchase.
